We have five spacious guest rooms with outstanding view across open farmland towards the South Downs.
They comprises of one single room, two doubles and two Kingsize rooms one of which can also accommodate two children or an extra adult. One of our double rooms has wider doorways and can cater for those with mobility difficulties and also hosts a wet room style bathroom.
All rooms have En-suite shower rooms and are equipped with tea & coffee making facilities, each also has a colour television with free-view channels & DVD player, a radio alarm clock and hairdryer is also available in each room.
Wifi is available in the communal areas.
We also supply towels for use during your stay.
Use of a travel cot and bedding is available upon request at no extra charge.
Guest are more than welcome to use the rear garden which can be accessed via the lounge.
The lounge area and conservatory can be use for relaxing and admiring the far reaching views.
You will also find DVDs, books and family games to use during your stay.

The nearest bus stop is 10-15 minutes walk and generally run every 30 minutes during the day taking you to Brighton via Lewes.
